With the ongoing impacts of COVID restrictions, and the Clubs ability to hold a physical meeting for this year’s AGM we need to provide alternative arrangements to complete the AGM.
The AGM is currently set for 3 November 2021.
While Auckland cannot move to Red, Amber or Green until the 90% of Aucklanders have been double vaccinated, means we will be running this year’s AGM via a Video Conference. While this is not ideal, like many things impacted by COVID. We will need additional time to ensure we have the appropriate Video Conference facility in place for members to link into.
The Board therefore has resolved to postpone the AGM to a new date, being Wednesday, 24 November 2021 at 7.pm, which will ensure that we are compliant with the Club’s constitution.
We will as previously agreed have for you in advance of the AGM, copies of the following for pre-reading.
- Minutes of AGM November -2020
- Minutes of the Special General Meeting March -2021
- Reports from Chairperson, President, Patron, Club Captain and Finance Director.
- Copy of Audited Financial Statements for year ending 21 July 2021
