While holding the AGM via an online solution is not ideal, and certainly not a preferred forum, it was our only option (until recent changes from the Government) to ensure we meet with the requirements of registering our financial information in the required timeframes as we are legally bound to do.

We have recently tested the online application a couple of times, which unfortunately has not been a success. We then subsequently obtained an approval for an extension from the Registrar of Incorporated Societies to lodge our information early 2022. We believe this will provide additional time for the AGM to be completed physically at the club rooms.

We appreciate the feedback from several members not wanting an online AGM, and those that wouldn’t be able to use the technology. I trust by some of the passionate feedback we received there plenty of members at the AGM which is now to be held at RPGC. The new date and time is below.

The last few months have again proven to make processes harder. We do appreciate your continued patience as we work through the different requirements for restrictions imposed on us personally and as a Club.
