ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

6 NOVEMBER 2024 AT 7pm

It is again this time of the year convening the club's AGM. 

The Agenda for the meeting was posted to all members today, containing the minutes of last year's meeting, as well as a link to be able to peruse the new  constitution of the club.

The audited financial statements will be forwarded to members as soon as it is received from the auditors (hopefully before the weekend).

Elections require voting by ballot, voting papers shall be available from the office during normal working hours from today to the time fixed for the AGM. All votes shall be recorded so that no person shall have more than one vote (refer to Clause 8.11 of our constitution.)

I hope to see as many members as possible and myself and the Board look forward to welcoming you on the day.
