Dear Members,
Course conditions continue to be marginal but a break in the weather has allowed Dan and his crew to get the course into a condition where play will be possible tomorrow, Sat 4th Feb. You will be surprised to see that the greens are in good condition which is a credit to the boys and vindication of all the work that has been done to the greens in the past 6 months. While the fairways appear to be good there are still high levels of water beneath the surface. Most effected are the lower holes along the creek where care will have to be taken on what will be a slippery surface.

So for play tomorrow and until further notice:
All 18 holes will be in play.
Trundlers and carry bags will be allowed but there will be NO CARTS until further notice.
Holes 6 and 7 will have roped off areas where the ground is still very wet. Normal relief  is in play for those areas.
All bunkers have been washed out and are GUR.
The back nine is still wet under foot and care must be taken when moving on sloped areas.
Please use common sense when navigating the course.
Please note:
This is dependent on a forecast of further breaks in the weather this afternoon. Changes could be made to these conditions as well as 6 & 7, but will be advised by the office when checking in if this is necessary.

The Board wishes to thank all Members for their patience during these unprecedented times at the Club.
With the passing of this Weather Bomb we now look to getting back to our fixtures and look forward to our Summer finally arriving.

Regards,

John Harrison
